The Rodier

The restoration and modernization of Leclair Constructions has helped breathe new life into one of Montreal's most recognizable landmarks.

Built in 1875, the Le Rodier building, named after its original builder Charles Séraphin Rodier, hosted Le Baron Sports for many years before being purchased by the City of Montreal and eventually sold to Management Georges Coulombe who transformed the building into a home for digital art and marketing companies.

The restoration and modernization of Gestion Georges Coulombe various properties through contractors such as Leclair Constructions who contributed in these quality and historic projects.
